I've used eVisas multiple times over a couple of years. Experience has been superb every time. Now and again there have been a couple of glitches (not due to evisas but external stuff like the embassy itself- and the staff at eVisa's have even been patient enough to help out with these issues. I really only have good things to say, they are professionals, totally efficient and while you generally don't need to communicate much because the guidelines and process is clear and easy - on the off chance that you do need to speak to someone, unlike many companies these days you can actually get hold of a real human to talk through any questions.

I queried this via email and received a very prompt reply that this was due to my paying for both visas. I don't think we would have got into USA on the evidence of these invoices but as the genuine visas came through the next day with all the correct details, there was no issue.
